Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist License required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing patient care efficiently.

Skills:
- Geriatrics: Experience treating balance deficits, weakness, mobility limitations, arthritis, chronic pain, fall risk, and post-surgical conditions in older adults.
- Home Health: Ability to work independently while assessing home safety, educating caregivers, and developing functional treatment plans that promote independence.
- Neurology: Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, neuropathy, vestibular disorders, gait dysfunction, balance retraining, and motor control interventions.
- Orthopedics: Experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries, joint replacements, spine disorders, tendon injuries, fractures, and chronic pain conditions.
- Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine: Strong skills in functional mobility training, neuromuscular re-education, strength development, endurance training, pain management, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet diverse patient needs and environments.
Responsibilities:
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist License required.
