  • Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, strengthening programs, and functional mobility training.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding safety, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs.
  • Assist with neuromuscular re-education, transfer training, posture correction, and mobility progression.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Promote positive patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • Support and mentor fellow clinicians while helping maintain a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
