Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually based on experience, caseload, and employment structure.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, strengthening programs, and functional mobility training.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding safety, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Assist with neuromuscular re-education, transfer training, posture correction, and mobility progression.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote positive patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Support and mentor fellow clinicians while helping maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
