We understand that insurance can be complicated, so as a courtesy, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to see if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

For patients who do not have health insurance or have exhausted their benefits, our Boardman and East Liverpool, OH physical therapy clinic also offers a private pay plan – we charge a self-pay fee ranging from $60.00-85.00 per visit.
